The tricky roundabout straight outside the Yeading test centre. You meet it as soon as you leave, and again on the way back.
On the A312. It is not on the Uxbridge Road. Lane choice is the part pupils get wrong.
On the A40, where the A312 crosses over the A40. A fast junction, not a small town roundabout.
Also called Aussie Garvin. It sits on the Uxbridge Road and on the A312. Traffic lights control it.
On the A40. Used when the lesson goes onto Western Avenue.
Roads we use on purpose
The A40 carries Target roundabout, where the A312 crosses it, and the Polish War Memorial. Lessons cover joining, leaving and holding a lane.
The A312 is the Hayes Bypass. White Hart is on it. Ossie Garvin is where it meets the Uxbridge Road. Willow Tree is on the same run, outside the test centre.
The Uxbridge Road is the road through Hayes and Southall. Ossie Garvin sits on it. White Hart does not.
Between those roads we use the residential streets in Yeading, so meeting oncoming cars is practised as well.

295 Allenby Road, UB1 2HD. Many Yeading and Hayes pupils test here. The same roundabouts are used.
